After graduating from the Faculty of Architecture in Milan, I had the privilege of working in the luxury industry as Product Manager for Amati Luxury, exporting luxury Italian made furnishings. In this role, I developed my commercial acumen and gained valuable experience about the luxury market and associated service levels. During my time at the company, I also developed our market presence in the UK, the Netherlands and Norway.

Having moved to London in 2008, I continued my journey in the luxury world, this time in the Fashion Retail sector. My previous role centred around the B2B market, whereas in London over many years I developed a deep knowledge of the retail industry at store level. Managerial roles for brands such as Ermenegildo Zegna Harrods, Dolce&Gabbana and Louis Vuitton, gave me a thorough understanding of operations and staff management.

I already had an incredible passion for people and the opportunity to manage them during my career galvanised my interest in people development, their empowerment and their release from limiting beliefs, in order to achieve their professional goals. That’s why I decided to dedicate my further studies to people development and have achieved full qualifications in DiSC, Hogan Assessment, TKI and MBTI Practitioner (Oxford Psychology Press), Licensed NLP Trainer (The Society of Neuro-Linguistic Programming of Richard Bandler), Corporate&Executive Diploma plus CPD at the Coaching Academy, while I’ve got also a Level 3 Award in Education and Training (QCF) at NOCN. Moreover, I’m a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and an Adjunct Professor at the International University of Monaco (IUM) and CREA Geneva, “Audit of luxury services” course.

Since 2012 I decided to follow this passion and I started working as a Corporate and Executive Coach and Trainer with mid-senior management professionals in the Retail, Finance, Hospitality, IT, Constructions, Pharmaceutical, Food and Automotive industry.

In my role as Learning&Development Director for Training Luxury, I’ve crystallised my knowledge and experience by designing and delivering training programmes, with senior professionals from the education sector, level mainly for companies in the luxury goods market at an international.

I work closely with our clients, planning bespoke programmes for sales, budgeting, marketing and development, be they targeted towards existing markets or new business, which I deliver personally or with colleagues.

I’ve been also responsible for developing and delivering training and coaching programmes in line with our clients’ style and ethos for “Train the trainer” programmes. All the training and assessment tools designed for our clients are “made to measure” and exclusive to them.

Another interesting part of my role is supporting clients with their Retail Management operations and working with their Head Offices for their implementation.
